U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, Inc., Declares August Distributions for Closed-End Funds

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 2005--U.S. Bancorp Asset Management today declared August distributions for the following funds. The distributions will be allocated on a per-share basis on the common stock. The distributions have an Aug. 1, 2005, ex-dividend date and will be paid on Aug. 24, 2005, to shareholders of record on Aug. 3, 2005.
