U.S. BANK HOME MORTGAGE PROCESSING CENTER OPENS IN COLORADO SPRINGS
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Feb. 1, 2005) – A U.S. Bank Home Mortgage Processing Center has opened in Colorado Springs, Colo. All of the bank's home mortgage loans in Southern Colorado and the Western Slope are processed at the center. It is one of 27 U.S. Bank Home Mortgage Processing Centers in the United States.

“We are very excited about having the center located in Colorado Springs because our customers benefit when their loans are processed close to home,” said Brenda Hemry, regional manager of the U.S. Bank Home Mortgage Processing Center. “Currently, we plan on hiring additional processors to the team and are always on the lookout for talented and reliable individuals. The processors are here to do the important paperwork and back office operations for the home mortgage loans in the region.”

Gretchen Bryant is the regional operations manager. The center also employs 15 loan officers and a receptionist. The U.S. Bank Home Mortgage Processing Center is located on the second floor at 1415 N. Academy Blvd.
