U.S. Bank Voyager Goes International; Voyager Fleet Card Now Accepted at All Shell Canada Nationwide Locations

HOUSTON and CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 12, 2005--U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems Inc. recently announced that it has gone international with cross-border acceptance and reporting capabilities via Shell Canada. The agreement will enable Shell Canada to accept the Voyager Fleet Card throughout its network of retail locations across Canada, including many Shell-affiliated outlets such as Turbo, Pay Less and Beaver.

The agreement will combine all international purchases with U.S. purchases to provide Voyager Fleet customers with a single billing report for management purposes. All transactional data will fully integrate with FleetCommander(R) and other Voyager fleet management tools with all transactions automatically converting from liters to gallons and from Canadian to U.S. currency.

In addition, all Voyager transactions at Shell Canada outlets also qualify for the AirMiles Rewards program offered by Shell Canada, and finding Shell Canada locations is simple with the Shell locator prominently displayed on the Shell Canada website (www.shell.ca).

"We are excited to be able to provide our unsurpassed fleet card capabilities in Canada," said Michael Oleniczak, vice president, U.S. Bank Voyager Merchant Sales and Service. "Accepting the Voyager Fleet card is just another example of how Shell Canada responds to customer needs. Shell supplies a wide-range of quality products to retail and commercial road transport markets through its extensive network of Shell and private-brand retail and cardlock sites. We're glad to count Shell Canada as one of our many merchant partners."
