proud banking sponsor of Gonzaga University Athletics and has
signed-on with the school's athletic program including men's and
women's basketball games. Bob Wigren, president of U.S. Bank in
Spokane/North Central Wash., made the announcement.
"This is a three-year deal that will run through June of 2007,"

In addition to the sponsorship of Gonzaga athletics, U.S. Bank is
the bank partner for the school's multi-use identification card that
allows the school's more than 4,800 students and 850 faculty and staff
members to buy meal plans, check out resources from campus libraries
and make purchases at various on-campus merchant locations. The card
can also be used as a U.S. Bank ATM card on and off campus and at many
Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals in the United States.
