Pacific-10 Conference. This three-year partnership between U. S. Bank
and the Pac-10, also known as the "Conference of Champions," will
provide the bank with national and regional media exposure and the
opportunity to be associated with one of the premier collegiate
athletic conferences in the nation.

As part of the agreement, U.S. Bank will be highly visible on Fox
Sport Net's Pac-10 "Games of the Week" during the football season and
regular season men's basketball games. During the football season U.S.
Bank will sponsor both the offensive and defensive player of the week
awards. As the official bank, U.S. Bank will be involved with the
weekly TV magazine show "Runnin' with the Pac" during the football and
basketball seasons.

with both men's and women's athletic events. In addition to football
and basketball, U.S. Bank will be supporting other Pac-10 sporting
events including women's volleyball, cross country, softball,
baseball, swimming and diving, wrestling, golf, gymnastics, track and

on-campus events such as flag football games and three-on-three
