MINNEAPOLIS, Apr 5, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Michael Zak has been named new
business development officer for the structured finance group at U.S. Bank
Corporate Trust Services. The announcement was made by Bryan Calder, executive
vice president of U.S. Bank Corporate Trust Services.

said Calder. "He has nearly ten years of experience in the financial services
industry including work as a securitization analyst at GE Capital Fleet
Services, in various treasury positions at Heller Financial, and most recently
in the corporate treasury division of U.S. Bank."
As new business development officer Zak is responsible for sales and new
business development on collateralized debt obligation transactions. He reports
to Ed Kachinski, senior vice president of U.S. Bank Corporate Trust Services.
Zak received his bachelor's degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis.
He works at the U.S. Bank West Side Flats Operations Center in Saint Paul, Minn.
