U.S. Bank Provides New Financing Package to Company That Introduced the Hand-Held Shower

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., Feb 25, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB)

U.S. Bank will provide new banking facilities for Interbath, Inc., one of the first companies to introduce the hand-held shower in North America.

Creator of Interbath and Ondine brand shower products, Interbath, Inc. has been manufacturing and distributing shower fixtures and accessories since its inception in 1971. The company's products, from simple showerheads to entire shower systems, are distributed in the United States and around the world.

U.S. Bank will provide a revolving line of credit, term loan, commercial real estate loan, depository services, treasury management services and special banking services to 250 Interbath employees as part of U.S. Bank Workplace Banking.
