Shelly Dreier Named to U.S. Bancorp Circle of Service Excellence

ST. JOSEPH, Mo., Feb 19, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Shelly Dreier, branch manager for U.S. Bank in St. Joseph, has been named to the U.S. Bancorp Circle of Service Excellence. This honor is a quarterly award given to employees who provide exceptional service and attention to customers and fellow employees.

According to co-workers and supervisors, Dreier took the initiative to prevent an elderly customer from being "scammed" and took the initiative to provide appropriate action on behalf of the customer.

As a recipient of this award, she joins a distinguished group of peers who were honored at a luncheon event. In addition to receiving company stock options, each winner's portrait is displayed at the Five Star Hall of Fame, located in seven of the company's major cities: Minneapolis, Denver, Seattle, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Portland and Cincinnati.
