lead a new strategic partnership which combines the services of U.S. Bank's
community banking division with its governmental services and treasury
management groups. Ed Dwyer, U.S. Bank division president, made the

In his new role, Atkinson will work with the bank's commercial, government

Mercer, Auglaize, Hardin and Van Wert. He will be based in Troy.
Atkinson, who has more than 30 years financial experience and most recently
