PORTLAND, Ore., Oct 27, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- U.S. Bank will honor 174
non-profit organizations from across Oregon that were recipients of U.S. Bancorp
Foundation grants in 2003. The ceremony, which is held annually for invited
guests, will take place Thursday, Oct. 30 at 11:30 a.m. at the Oregon Convention
Center in Portland.
The organizations come from 48 cities and towns from Grants Pass to Astoria to
Pendleton to LaGrande in Ore., and Vancouver, Wash. They will be honored with a
luncheon and ceremony with entertainment by "Get On Your Feet Improv". U.S. Bank
employees who are board members or volunteers in some capacity with these
organizations will be among those honoring these outstanding groups.
