U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems Introduces AccountCommander, a New, Online Account Maintenance Tool

HOUSTON, Sep 18, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems has released AccountCommander functionality to all of its customers nationwide. AccountCommander will allow clients to maintain their account information via the Internet as well as use its Teletrans functionality to establish, change or delete purchase orders.

AccountCommander offers customers many of the same account controls that they had with MOCHA, Voyager's desktop-based program management system. However, because AccountCommander is Web-based, it will greatly simplify the customer learning curve and enhance the access to data.

"AccountCommander is an improvement on the MOCHA system," said Dianne Ewen, account technician for the State of Oregon Department of Transportation. "It's easier, reliable, and provides the information I need. AccountCommander is especially useful when ordering, canceling and transferring cards. I have better control of our account and I have a better understanding of our cards, which is very important to me."

The specific features of AccountCommander include the ability to maintain detailed tracking of accounts by level; enter lost or stolen card information; add or change vehicle or driver information; issue new plastics or replace existing Voyager Fleet Cards to drivers or vehicles and apply restrictions to the account or cards.

The release of AccountCommander is the first phase of Voyager's new FleetCommander Online program, a Web-based fuel management program designed to provide customers with complete online access to their Voyager account. With FleetCommander Online, fleet managers will have around-the-clock visibility to their company's data, create company-specific reports, archive important information indefinitely, share data enterprise-wide, add drivers and vehicles, issue replacement cards and more, all conveniently online.

"Voyager has long been dedicated to providing clients with the control and features they need to manage their fleets effectively," said Tim Fortson, vice president for Voyager's national accounts. "AccountCommander is just another step in making that possible."

"I am really pleased with the service that Voyager provides," Ewen added. "From understanding the functions that comprise our account, to the safety measures in using our cards--the employees of Voyager have been responsive and very helpful whenever I need assistance."

U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems Inc., is a leading provider of the universal fleet fueling and maintenance card for over 1.3 million vehicles. Specifically designed to serve the needs of any size fleet, Voyager issues the Voyager Fleet Card, accepted at over 185,000 retail locations in all 50 states and provides comprehensive fleet management information services to commercial businesses and government agencies.
