findings, published in Ag Lender and in the American Bankers Association's
Journal of Agricultural Lending, are ranked according to information provided on
call and income reports to the Federal Reserve System for the quarter that ended
December 31, 2002.

In the rankings for 2002, Ag Lender and the Journal of Agricultural Lending

agribusiness loans and nearly $728 million in farmland loans.
