U.S. Bank Selected as Document Custodian for Irwin Mortgage Corporation

MINNEAPOLIS, Jan 22, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Irwin Mortgage Corporation has selected U.S. Bank as document custodian for its mortgage files. In its role as custodian for approximately 115,000 files, U.S. Bank will be responsible for file certification, storage and compliance with the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginne Mae), Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) and Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) standards.

Indianapolis-based Irwin Mortgage Corporation, a subsidiary of Irwin Union Bank, is one of America's top mortgage lenders with over 100 offices nationwide and servicing over $15 billion of residential loans. Irwin Union Bank of Columbus, Indiana, is an established banking firm with over 132 years servicing its market.
