U.S. Bank Hosts Sweepstakes for a Tesla Model S

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 23, 2014-- U.S. Bank is offering new customers the chance to win a 2014 Tesla Model S (or a $100,000 cash prize) in the bank’s Power Up Your Summer Sweepstakes.

Anyone who opens a new U.S. Bank consumer checking account (certain restrictions apply, see www.usbank.com/powerup for details) through September 12, 2014, will be automatically entered in the sweepstakes.

In addition, all new checking customers who meet the qualifying criteria will be credited a cash bonus of up to $150, and new credit card customers who meet the qualifying criteria will be credited $50 (offer details are available at any U.S. Bank branch). The all-electric Tesla Model S has a 5-star safety rating, accelerates from zero to 60 miles per hour in 4.2 seconds and doesn’t use any fossil fuels.
