U.S. Bancorp Third Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call Set for Wednesday, October 20, 2010

MINNEAPOLIS, Sep 22, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB) will release its third quarter 2010 earnings before the market opens on Wednesday, October 20, 2010. At 7:30 a.m. (CDT) Richard K. Davis, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Andrew Cecere, vice chairman and chief financial officer, will host a conference call to review the financial results. The conference call will be available by telephone or on the Internet. A presentation will be used during the call and will be available on our website at www.usbank.com.
