PHOENIX (Oct. 31, 2007) — Nine nonprofit organizations in Arizona are collectively more than $38,000 richer thanks to grants from the U.S. Bancorp Foundation. Hope Levin, market president for U.S. Bank in Arizona, announced the arts and culture, economic opportunity and housing grants.
“These organizations provide fundamental services for many people in Arizona, and U.S. Bank is glad to help support them,” said Levin.
The U.S. Bancorp Foundation is providing grants to the following nonprofit organizations:
- Arizona Opera
- Ballet Arizona
- Habitat for Humanity Valley of the Sun
- Homeward Bound
- Old Pueblo Community Foundation (Tucson)
- Phoenix Art Museum
- Phoenix Symphony
- The Primavera Foundation (Tucson)
- Tucson Museum of Art
