COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 29, 2007--U.S. Bank
officially announced today that it will move its regional headquarters
to the Capital Square at the corner of Broad and High Street. U.S.
Bank also plans to open a branch on the 10 West Broad Street level,
with ATM access both in and outside the building to service the high
pedestrian traffic in the area. It is currently under negotiation to
change the name of the building from One Columbus to the U.S. Bank
Building, and is in the process of securing the necessary permits to
place its name atop the 26-story structure.

Currently, U.S. Bank occupies 25,376 square feet on the fourth and
twelfth floor at 175 South 3rd Street. It will consolidate its retail
branch there and at 62 East Broad Street to the new regional office
and all employees in those locations will be asked to stay with the
bank. U.S. Bank employs approximately 400 people in Franklin County,
about 80 of them based downtown.
Today, U.S. Bank operates 41 retail locations throughout the
Columbus area, including full-service offices inside Meijer, Giant
Eagle and Kroger stores.
