Brown & Brown, Inc. Announces Award of Temporary Injunction Against Former Employees and AssuredPartners

DAYTONA BEACH, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 10/25/16 -- Brown & Brown, Inc.(NYSE: BRO), today announced that it has received a temporary injunction ("Injunction") against certain former employees of Brown & Brown and their new employer, AssuredPartners, Inc. The details of the Injunction are set forth in the attached order (See attached order issued by the Court on October 24, 2016).
