Walker has been elected Regional Executive Vice President of the
Company. Mr. Walker will oversee all of the operations of Arrowhead
General Insurance Agency, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company based in
San Diego, California that was acquired effective January 9, 2012.
Mr. Walker will report to J. Hyatt Brown, Chairman and acting
President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr. Walker has been involved with Arrowhead's business development
strategies, product expansion, acquisitions and the overall
operations and infrastructure since joining the organization in 2003.
Prior to that, he served as Vice Chairman of Aon Re. Mr. Walker's
insurance career began with the reinsurance intermediary E.W. Blanch
Co., where he ultimately served as Chairman and CEO of E.W. Blanch
Holdings. Mr. Walker previously served as Chairman of the Brokers and
Reinsurance Markets Association.
