2009 fourth-quarter earnings on Monday, February 15, 2010. On
Tuesday, February 16, 2010, J. Powell Brown, President and Chief
Executive Officer, Jim W. Henderson, Vice Chairman and Chief
Operating Officer, and Cory T. Walker, Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of Brown & Brown, will host an investor
update conference call concerning Brown & Brown's fourth-quarter 2009
