resellers no longer need to contact their Tech Data sales
representative or Software Licensing team to obtain license keys lost,
deleted or accidentally blocked as e-mail spam. Introduced last week
at the TechSelect Partner Conference, the first phase of
MyLicenseTracker will support software license e-mail resends for
Acronis, IBM, Microsoft, Novell, Nuance, Red Hat, Symantec and Trend
Micro purchases made through Tech Data.

date range. Once the correct order is identified, the tool generates
an e-mail containing the original license key and order confirmation
details. Resellers then choose to send that e-mail directly to their
end-user customer or forward it themselves. MyLicenseTracker resends
also can be used to assist with software renewals by providing
original purchase details such as seat counts and part numbers.
