(NYSE: SPG) announced today that financial and operational results for the
quarter ended June 30, 2008, will be released before the market opens on July
28, 2008. The Company will host its quarterly earnings conference call and an
audio webcast on July 28th at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
