Melvyn E. Bergstein was Chairman of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Inc. ("Diamond"), a management and advisory firm, from 2006 until 2010 at which time Diamond was sold to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC. Mr. Bergstein previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Diamond and its predecessors, Diamondcluster, Inc. and Diamond Technology Partners, Inc. since its founding in 1994. From 1968 to 1989, Mr. Bergstein served in several capacities with Arthur Andersen & Co.'s consulting division (now Accenture). Mr. Bergstein has been a director of Simon Property Group since 2001.
