Mr. Sokolov has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Simon Property Group, Inc. since 1996. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of DeBartolo Realty Corporation from 1994 to 1996. He joined its predecessor, the Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation in 1982 as Vice President and General Counsel and was named Senior Vice President, Development and General Counsel in 1986. Mr. Sokolov has been a director of Simon Property Group since 1996. |  |
