ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 23, 2012--
Georgia Gulf Corporation (NYSE: GGC) announced today that Timothy Mann,
Jr. has been appointed executive vice president, general counsel and
corporate secretary.
Mann, who most recently was a partner with Jones Day, brings a
combination of legal expertise and hands-on business leadership to his
role at Georgia Gulf. His legal experience has focused primarily on
public and private merger-and-acquisition activities and corporate
governance, including executive compensation and general corporate
counseling.

securities law, corporate governance issues and venture capital.
