ATLANTA, May 03, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Royal Group, Inc., a Georgia Gulf Corporation (NYSE: GGC) company, announced today that it has appointed Shane Short as General Manager of Royal Mouldings.

In this role, Short will be responsible for all components of the company's trim and mouldings business, including sales and marketing, as well as manufacturing and support operations of the facilities located in Marion, Virginia and Bristol, Tennessee.

Before joining Royal Group, Inc., Short held roles of increasing responsibility with James Hardie Building Products. Short holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Georgia Southwestern State University.
