|Cincinnati Financial Corporation Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend|
CINCINNATI, Aug. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cincinnati Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CINF) today announced that the board of directors has declared a 30-1/2 cents per share regular quarterly cash dividend payable October 14, 2005, to shareholders of record on September 23, 2005. In January, the board raised the 2005 indicated annual cash dividend payout by 15 percent, after taking into account the 5 percent stock dividend distributed in April.
