Cincinnati Financial Corporation Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

CINCINNATI, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cincinnati Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CINF) today announced that the board of directors has declared a 39 cents per share regular quarterly cash dividend payable January 15, 2009, to shareholders of record as of December 19, 2008. The current dividend level reflects the 9.9 percent increase in the quarterly dividend rate announced by the board in February. The company's annual cash dividend has increased for 48 consecutive years.
