Gentherm Participating at IAA Frankfurt: Technology To The Next Degree™
Showcasing New Products and Innovations in Thermal Solutions

NORTHVILLE, Mich., Sept. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Gentherm Incorporated (NASDAQ-GS: THRM), the global market leader and a developer of innovative thermal management technologies, announced today its participation in IAA Cars 2017, at the 67th International Motor Show in Frankfurt, Germany September 14-24. Gentherm's innovative technology will be displayed in Hall 6, Booth B26.

Visitors to the booth will experience how Gentherm is providing solutions to meet these industry trends in electrification and autonomous driving, as well as advancements in our existing products.  Featured technologies will include several Advanced Climate Controlled Seats, Energy Systems solutions, and our product portfolio in thermal interior comfort.

  • The advanced climate controlled seats include adaptations which are designed to complement a wide array of vehicle models. One such seat features our proprietary high capacity cooling technology that demonstrates the increasing importance of the seat in bridging the gap between traditional and alternative powertrain vehicle climate systems.
  • Energy Systems highlighted will include an array of heating and cooling solutions, including advanced thermoelectric solutions for 48V micro-hybrids, next generation cell connecting boards, as well as battery management systems.
  • Thermal interior comfort products on display will include not only our traditional array of seat, interior and steering wheel heaters, but also our next generation thermally controlled TrueTherm® cup-holder and storage bins and a concept for the world's first heated and cooled automotive steering wheel.
