Employees and others can report a concern related to Emerson accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters or other business conduct issues by calling Emerson's Ethics and Compliance Hotline toll free (in North America) at 800-893-2525 or collect at 770-582-5243.

Calls made by Emerson employees can be made confidentially and anonymously. Translators are available upon request for non-English speaking callers.

An independent company receives the calls and their report of the call will be sent to Emerson for investigation and response. Calls regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters will be reviewed by the Audit Committee of Emerson's Board of Directors.
