 | Thomas J. Usher Non-executive Chairman Marathon Petroleum Corporation Mr. Usher is the non-executive Chairman of Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a transportation fuels refining company. Until July 2011 he served as the non-executive Chairman of Marathon Oil Corporation, an integrated international energy company. He formerly served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of United States Steel Corporation, an integrated international steel producer, until his retirement in 2004. He served as the Chairman of the Board of U.S. Steel until 2006. Mr. Usher received an undergraduate degree, master’s degree, and Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. |
