LONDON, United Kingdom - February 12, 2018 - Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR) announced today that it and nVent Electric, which is targeted to separate from Pentair's Water business on April 30, 2018, forming two independent, publicly-traded companies, are hosting an Investor and Analyst Day in New York City on Tuesday, February 13, 2018. At such event, the senior management teams of both Pentair and nVent will discuss their respective strategies for creating two focused growth companies.
