| Mr. Bennett, who has been employed by the company for more than 34 years, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Terra since April 2001; and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from February 1997 to April 2001. Mr. Bennett has served as a Director of Alliant Energy Resources since 2003, is a member of its Capital Approval, Compensation and Personnel, and Executive Committees, and is Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Lead Independent Director. |
