Casual Male Retail Group, Inc. is the largest specialty retailer of big and tall men’s apparel, with over 500 store locations throughout the United States, London, England and Canada, along with substantial e-commerce and catalog operations. Casual Male operates under the trade names of Casual Male XL, Rochester Big & Tall Clothing and Sear’s Canada- Casual Male.

Market Leadership
The growing big and tall market size is approximately $6.0 billion and is extremely fragmented. Operating over 470 Casual Male specialty and outlet stores in 44 states, Casual Male is the leading specialty retailer in the big & tall market. With the acquisition in October 2004, of the Rochester Big & Tall Clothing stores and direct to consumer business, Casual Male now dominants both the mid price and high end of the big and tall market. Casual Male’s market leading position results in considerable purchasing power, favorable size and style selection and customer convenience, which positions us to take advantage of the growth in the big and tall category.

Multi-Channel Retailer
We have positioned ourselves as a multi-channel retailer with each channel providing support for the other channels. We look to reach out to our ever-growing customer base by opening additional Casual Male and Rochester retail stores in strategic locations and employing targeted marketing programs to increase our catalog circulation and e-commerce site traffic. Since October of 2005, Casual Male has been the exclusive provider of big and tall products for Sears, Roebuck and Co.’s internet site and in April 2006 added a co-branded catalog.

Lean Operating Philosophy
Our management team has a long and proven track record as low cost operators. We firmly believe we can deliver excellent product and service to our customers while providing maximum return to our shareholders via a highly efficient operating structure. Since we acquired the Casual Male business in May 2002, our operating team has successfully generated $25 million in annual operating cost savings and continues to focus on driving additional efficiencies.

Compelling Product Offering
We make shopping easy for the big and tall man. We offer hard to find sizes in a wide variety of basic casual wear and sportswear in a user-friendly store format. We understand the needs of the big and tall man and provide not only the wide range of sizes he desires but also knowledgeable, friendly staff and in-store ordering from our catalog to ensure our customer finds his size. Our Casual Male product assortment includes both national brands, such as Perry Ellis America, Geoffrey Beene, Izod and Reebok as well as our in house brands, Harbor Bay, Synrgy, 626 BLUE and Comfort Zone that offers a compelling price/value/fit proposition for our customer. Our Rochester stores offer an assortment of the finest in men’s apparel, with brands like Burberry, Ermenegildio Zegna, Polo/Ralph Lauren and Tommy Bahama and our in house brands of Rochester 1906 and Castagne.
