LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 30, 2004--Station Casinos Inc.
(NYSE: STN) ("Station" or "the company") today announced the sale of
$400 million of 6 1/2% senior subordinated notes due February 2014.
Proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used to redeem all of the
$199.9 million 8 7/8% senior subordinated notes due in 2008, to reduce
amounts outstanding on the company's revolving credit facility and for
general corporate purposes.
The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of
1933, as amended (the "Act") and may not be offered or sold in the
United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the
registration requirements of the Act.
