2.Who are your competitors?
 Most of our competitors are small, privately held companies. Most concentrate their efforts on one product category in a single geographic area. There are almost no sizeable, public firms that compete directly with us.

3.Who are your customers?
 We are privileged to have relationships with a very broad base of customers. Our largest customer represents only 7% of our sales.

Our major customers include:
  • Bedding Manufacturers - We provide components to almost all bedding manufacturers.
  • Residential Furniture Producers- We provide a wide range of components to almost all upholstered furniture manufacturers.
  • Office Furniture Manufacturers-We provide components for most of the major office furniture manufacturers and private-label finished furniture.
  • Retailers - We provide fashion beds and adjustable beds to many retailers.
  • Atuo Companies-We primarily provide seat suspension, lumbar, and motors/actuators to automotive seating manufacturers and OEM’s.

 As of December 2016, we had approximately 21,300 employees. Approximately 15,700 of our employees work in our plants and factories. 13% perform administration, clerical & technical roles. 14% are salaried professionals.
