Amerada Hess Announces Quarterly Dividend on Preferred Stock

NEW YORK, May 04, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Amerada Hess Corporation (NYSE: AHC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.875 per share payable on the 7.00% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock of the Corporation on June 1, 2005 to holders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2005.
