NEW YORK, May 5, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- The Board of Directors of Amerada Hess Corporation (NYSE: AHC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.875 cents per share payable on the 7.00% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock of the Corporation on June 1, 2004 to holders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2004.
