Amerada Hess Announces Quarterly Dividend on Preferred Stock

NEW YORK, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Amerada Hess Corporation (NYSE: AHC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.9333 cents per share payable on the 7.00% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock of the Corporation on March 1, 2004 to holders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2004.
