Amerada Hess Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend On Common Stock

The Board of Directors of Amerada Hess Corporation (NYSE: AHC) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share payable on the Common Stock of the Corporation on June 28, 2002 to holders of record at the close of business on June 17, 2002.
