NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 5, 2007--On September 5, 2007 the Board of Directors of Hess Corporation (NYSE: HES) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share payable on the Common Stock of the Corporation on September 28, 2007 to holders of record at the close of business on September 14, 2007.
