SALEM, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 30, 2003--Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of .21 cents a share, which is payable August 26, 2003 to stockholders of record August 11, 2003.

The dividend is the 156th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November, 1964. During this 38-year period the Company has increased its dividend rate 35 times.
