| Standex Declares 166th Quarterly Cash Dividend |
SALEM, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 2006--Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 21 cents a share, which is payable February 25, 2006 to stockholders of record February 10, 2006. The dividend is the 166th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November 1964. During this 41-year period the Company has increased its dividend rate 35 times.
