| Standex Declares 163rd Quarterly Cash Dividend |
SALEM, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2005--Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 21 cents a share, which is payable May 25, 2005 to stockholders of record May 9, 2005. The dividend is the 163rd consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November 1964. During this 40-year period the Company has increased its dividend rate 35 times.
