Company Begins Search for New Chief Financial Officer SALEM, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 29, 2007--Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI) today announced that Christian Storch will resign effective December 13 as vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer to take a chief financial officer position with another publicly traded company closer to his home. Storch also will resign his position as a director of the Company. Standex has retained a national executive recruiting firm and is moving aggressively to identify a new chief financial officer.
