| Standex Declares 168th Quarterly Cash Dividend |
SALEM, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 2006--Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 21 cents a share, which is payable August 25, 2006 to stockholders of record August 7, 2006. The dividend is the 168th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November 1964. During this 41-year period the Company has increased its dividend rate 35 times.
