| Standex Declares 165th Quarterly Cash Dividend |
SALEM, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 2005--Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 21 cents a share, which is payable November 25, 2005 to stockholders of record November 4, 2005. The dividend is the 165th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November 1964. During this 40-year period the Company has increased its dividend rate 35 times.
