SALEM, N.H., Apr 28, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of .21 cents a share, which is payable May 25, 2004 to stockholders of record May 10, 2004.

The dividend is the 159th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November, 1964. During this 39-year period the Company has increased its dividend rate 35 times.
