SALEM, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 31, 2001--The Board of Directors of Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 21 cents a share - an annual rate of 84 cents a share, which is payable February 24, 2001 to stockholders of record February 12, 2001.

The dividend is the 146th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November, 1964. During this 36-year period the Company has increased its dividend rate 35 times.
