Standex Declares 184th Quarterly Cash Dividend

SALEM, N.H., Jul 28, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 cents a share, which is payable August 25, 2010 to stockholders of record August 9, 2010.

The dividend is the 184th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November 1964.
